Re/Source: Adaptive Renewal and Regeneration, integrating BMC principles and practices with movement to explore the interplay of individual and collective experience, and to cultivate sources of support, curiosity, vitality, and belonging

Co-facilitated with Amelie Gaulier, Unlearning Racism as Somatic Repatterning, exploring the BMC concept of repatterning in the context of intergenerational somatic inheritances, personal narrative, and interpersonal nervous system communication
