This starts with simply witnessing the body, the breath, the mind. With noticing where and how you focus your attention, and how that influences your ability to be present to yourself, others, and your world.
Developing your awareness is a catalyst that facilitates change, growth, and abundance. Awareness of your body and mind leads to awareness of your sense of self, actions and reactions, behavior, assumptions, and relationships.
As you become more able to discern and articulate your experience and perceptions, you will expand your capacity to access resources, transcend limitations, re-envision possibilities, and manifest opportunities.
